Lois Ivy is an active grandmother, mother and widow. Lois was married for 30 years when her loving husband passed away in 2010. She has two grown sons both married and has one beautiful granddaughter. She is very active in her church and loves to sing in the choir.

Lois has been an integral member of the Vale's staff for more than ten years and finds it very rewarding to help hurting people.

She has extensive knowledge in the behind the scenes functionality of each counselor or therapist's practice, and works tirelessly to keep services running smoothly.

Lois works in the office Monday through Thursday from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM with a break from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM. During these hours she schedules appointments, returns calls and emails and coordinates services for clients while counselors are in session.
