Christy earned her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Masters in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University. She is a Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association and is licensed by the NCCA as a Pastoral Counselor and a Temperament Counselor. Christy is also a Certified Temperament Life Coach.

Christy integrates a number of techniques to work with clients including Temperament Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Scripture Saturation and Talk Therapy. Christy has been married to her husband, Clint, for 25 years and has 3 daughters. She also directs and develops leaders for the support and recovery ministry at her church
